研究意义：立足生命周期视角，建立中国煤化工行业清单数据库，构建区域化资源环境影响定量评估方法，为煤化工行业资源环 境影响的定量评估提供科学方法，为推动中国煤化工产业清洁绿色发展提供理论支撑
